Serena’s passion for real estate is something she inherited through her blood line. Her father was an established builder who started his career in Hamilton, Ontario and eventually moved it to Orlando, Florida in pursuit of lower land value, higher profit margins, and of course- sunnier weather. Before stepping into real estate Serena attended business school at the University of Calgary and University of Guelph, graduating with honours in 2009 with a specialization in accounting and international business. Always a Re/Max agent, Serena won the rising star award in 2010. In 2011 Serena was approached by the producers of the reality show “My House Your Money” and asked to be featured in the program, which currently airs on HGTV and the W Network. Soon after she was sought out by the publishers of the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce magazine and asked to contribute articles on the commercial side of real estate investing. Currently Serena holds both an Ontario and State of Florida real estate license, and specializes in helping Canadians purchase and manage property in Florida. She also stays very active in the developing and building side of real estate, and is the trusted agent to many large and small builders throughout Canada and the United States.
