A registered Real Estate Broker of Record since 1985 and an active registered salesperson since 1974. One of seven instructors for the Professional Real Estate Brokers Course since 1995 and has been teaching both Residential and Commercial real estate in Ontario since 1986.

Marg co- authored two Real Estate courses, which were Continuing Education approved courses for the mandated credits every registrant needs for each two-year renewal of their registration: “A Practical Approach to Agency” and “Retrofit and The Realtor.” Marg has delivered these courses throughout the province.
 

In 1980 Marg moved to a larger regional firm called Robert Armstrong Real Estate and then in 1982 went to A.E. Lepage Real Estate Services Limited where she was exposed to more corporate training and a presentation philosophy.  After 5 years as an independent associate broker Marg opened her own brokerage in 1990, Develco Realty Services Limited. She’s operated her own brokerage since that time serving York Region in Residential & Commercial Sales & Leasing as well as instructing for the Ontario Real Estate College. Marg has achieved award winning sales records over the years and believes that giving back to the industry is part of her responsibility.
