Harry has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. Over that time, he held several

senior level roles with various financial institutions across Canada. As Vice President of Paradigm

Quest, Harry launched successful mortgage products for various brokerages. As Director

at Equitable Bank, Harry led a team of over twenty Business Managers nationally. In 2012, Harry was

appointed Director on the Independent Mortgage Brokers Association (“IMBA”)’s board. Harry

completed his final term with IMBA, currently known as Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association

(CMBA Ontario) in 2017 as Treasurer. Harry was also the recipient of the 2014 and 2016

President’s Award and was inducted into the associations Hall of Fame for his exemplary work

on education and professional development. Harry holds a degree in Economics, a graduate

degree in Business Administration and a CRM designation.
