After completing an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, David worked as a sales executive in the high-tech field. Eventually he got into real estate where he has been arranging residential and commercial mortgages for more than ten years. 

David became a guest on a talk show about real estate and eventually decided to start his own TV/talk show which now airs in more than 35 million US homes.
