Ermidio Alves is the president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Management Leaders, the first Coldwell Banker property management division in Canada.
 

Ermidio purchased his first condominium in 1975 and opened his condominium management company in 1976. Over the last 40 years, he has developed, restructured, and managed condominium units in Ontario, Alberta, and Florida.

Ermidio is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a Certified Property Manager, a Registered Condominium Manager, a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and a Professional Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute. Ermidio has previously served as the President of the Brampton Real Estate Board.
