Paige Fraites is the Director of Private Capital Markets at McGillivray Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s capital raising and investor relations teams.

She is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive national retail fundraising efforts.

Active in the private real estate space since 2019, Paige has experience across a range of investment structures, including REITs, Limited Partnerships, and Mutual Fund Trusts. Over the course of her career, she has worked with thousands of investors and played a key role in raising hundreds of millions in private capital.

A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Paige helps drive the continued expansion of McGillivray Capital Partners’ presence in the Canadian private markets.
