Boris Gopka, Harvard Business School graduate, is the CEO of Tenera – a company trusted by over 300 condo property managers and large corporations alike, designing cost-efficient repair applications for small- to medium-size maintenance projects.

 

He has done capital planning, maintenance, and application design for Toronto Pearson International Airport, for various property owners and operators totally over $5 billion, and has worked with engineers for decades.

 

With over 17 years of executive operations, he has managed capital plans totaling over $2 billion dollars. He has produced new age techniques of capital planning and risk analysis, employing a combination of software and efficient workflows, developed and operated $400 million-dollar annual programs.

 

Boris has vast experience in Senior Management, property valuation, maintenance planning and business management.
