AARE ADETOLA OLANIYI OLAONIPEKUN EMMANUELKING began his post primary education in 1988 and completed same at Remo Secondary School Shagamu, Ogun State in 1993. In 1995, he proceeded to Osun State College of Technology Esa Oke where he obtained a National Diploma (ND) in Estate Management in 1996.

 

Subsequently, in 1997 he proceeded to the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State, where he obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management and Valuation in 1999. Being a man with insatiable quest for knowledge, he proceeded to the Premier University of Ibadan in 2005 and bagged a Masters Degree (MSc) in Housing Development and Leadership in 2007.

 

He also bagged a Doctorate Degree D.Sc (Hons) in Housing Development and Management from the European American University in 2015 and a MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business Management UK in 2016.

 

Aare Adetola Olaonipekun Emmanuelking’s passion for decent and affordable housing for average Nigerians led him to found ADRON HOMES & PROPERTIES LIMITED in 2012. ADRON HOMES has since grown to a renowned multi-billion Naira group of companies with subsidiaries across the country in Real Estate, Construction and Hospitality sectors. ADRON HOMES has also grown to become arguably one of the leading employers of labour not just in Nigeria but in Africa.

 

Within seven years of its establishment, Aare Adetola has masterminded ADRON HOMES’ development of over 40 ultra-modern Housing Estates spread cross various states of the federation.
Aare Emmanuelking’s ADRON HOMES is indeed a trailblazer and a game changer in the Real Estate sector.

 

He is a member of various professional bodies including; Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Managers (FISM) Ghana-Nigeria, and the Institute of Purchasing & Marketing Consultants, (IPMC) Nigeria. He is also a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and Real Estate Developers Association (REDAN) among others. Aare EmmanuelKing’s Adron Homes has received various recognitions across the globe.

 

Aare Adetola Emmanuelking has received several Chieftaincy titles across the nation in recognition of his selfless services and immense contributions to the development of various communities in Nigeria. He is recognized locally and internationally as a renowned philanthropist and an entrepreneur per excellence.

 

He is married to Chief Mrs. Aderonke Omotola Emmanuelking who is a co-founder and Executive Director of Adron Group and they are blessed with glorious children.
